Probably the worst experience I've had with a company. I booked a rental online and received a voice-mail from Matt to confirm the time. I call the number back that they provided and I made it very clear I wanted to use my debit card. The employee, Jordan, said ok, have your driver's license and we will go over what you need when you get here. Arrive at the location and go through the process with Marco, who wasn't very friendly with a hostile attitude. We look over the car for damage. I say I want to pay with my debit card, all the sudden I need a utility bill. I say that wouldn't be a problem if you told me over the phone. I now don't have time to run home and back before they close. As this is happening, an upset lady next to me said she has the same issue. She ran home and got it, and now that utility bill wasn't good enough, they won't accept it, while smirking. They tired to say I must have called the general number and they told me that. I called the number that I called before I left while in the office and the phone rang. Telling the guy that was the number I called. They then try to say it was a misunderstanding. No, I made it clear how I wanted to pay... All Jordan had to tell me was to bring a utility bill. Had to cancel the reservation and will never do business with Enterprise. Will let others know to do the same. They obviously have "communication" issues from another review and the other lady in the office having the same issue.

All the locations have been great to deal with but this last one had something more. I dealt with two different people one at pickup and another at drop off. Both of them were very helpful and made things very easy and very quick. It was a last minute rental and they did everything they could to help me out. I've rented many cars over the years in many states but these guys explained things very clearly but at the same time didn't waste my time with unnecessary information and questions.

I use Enterprise every time I need to rent a car.  they are usually well priced and easy to deal with.  Just don't try to use a debit card to rent or they'll require your first born.
Only downside that effects me, which is apparently Enterprise as a whole, is they got rid of all of their dropboxes for after hour keys.  They guy said people were breaking in to them and stealing cars.  I get they needed to stop that, but it has causes major frustration for me or required me to cut a trip short to the the keys back before they close or before they charge me another day.

Friendly service, OK car selection. Really wish they would spend some time ensuring the windshield and glass is cleaned. Driving a new 2016 rental with dangerously filthy glass. A clay bar and regular cleaning would go along way in improving the safety of these rentals.

Jordan's name should be Johnny for Johnny on the spot! What a great job he did with me! I can be a difficult customer if I don't get what I want when I want it and Jordan handled me with kid gloves and made the experience with Enterprise a good one. Romig Road failed me and these guys came thru! Way to go!
