I absolutely love renting from this place.  The staff is always very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. They go the extra mile to make sure you completely satisfied. I wouldn't go to any other place.

The Brunswick team was very helpful.  I had difficult circumstances related to availability.  They went out of their way to accommodate even in poor weather.  Their office team worked with the insurance office to make sure everything was taken care of.  I had little to nothing to do.  Even though the insurance office covered the expense, they still contacted me to review all the charges that would apply.  Overall outstanding customer service.

Girl at counter very nice. Young man moving vehicles around obviously shouldn't be anywhere near public. Rude, obnoxious and if he hates his job so much leave. Lots of people would love to have his job and would be much kinder. This post was actually posted by Steven's sister-in-law.

Brunswick team very informative. I believe the main gentleman I worked with was David. Took the time to review the info with me as well as the vehicle.
Vehicle just arrived prior to me getting there early. Was slightly disappointed that inside didn't get cleaned out as well of could been but I did get there early.
Rented a Ford Escape SUV..handled well and everything functioned great.
2nd vehicle we have rented there and both times no issues..good experience...would recommend.
