I've been a loyal customer for almost 40 years.  Enterprise' stance against the NRA causes me to take my business elsewhere.  You should have stayed out of politics.

A small regional airport with friendly desk staff who wait for late flights. The vehicles in the fleet though are hit or miss. Some have 40+k miles on them while other need more thorough cleaning, windows in particular. They are almost always streaked and difficult to see through particularly at night. Carpets aren't vacuumed thoroughly and I have found many vehicles are smoked in.

It was quick from the time I arrived at the desk to getting the keys to the car, I rented a Ford Fusion, it was clean and drove nicely. I have not had a bad experience in all the years I have rented from them.

I learned an important lesson.  Apparently, some (or maybe all?) National Car Rental places of business are privately owned and, hence, are able to charge separate fees.  I was not aware of this and the National Car Rental representative who took care of booking my rental for me out of South Bend, IN Regional Airport said nothing about it.  The estimated cost (which has never differed from the actual cost in my experience) was roughly $200 more, which made the total car rental fee more than it would have been to fly.  When I called National Car Rental to ask about the additional cost my call was "accelerated" to a higher level rep who was obviously irritated by my questions.  Nice.
