Very impressed with the staff at this Enterprise location. I usually go to the one in Downtown Springfield but decided to give this one a try - and the experience was superb. Nick helped me with the rental and he was great, super helpful and even took the extra step to cover the gas on the car because the vehicle smelt like smoke (mind you this was after I declined his offer to switch into another vehicle because of it). I also had the chance to speak with Tyler and Danielle at this location and they were both great as well. I will most definitely be using and recommending this Enterprise going forward.

I normally love this location, and have great experiences. This past time however, I had reserved a car online (I needed an SUV as I was traveling with quite a bit of gear) and was told basically they did not have the type of car I had reserved, as well as there was $40 a day difference in the price that I had made my reservation with online. Fortunately, someone returned a car of the right size as I was waiting, and they were able to clean it and rent it to me. This is a great location where I have had plenty of good experiences but that one particularly bummed me out.

This company and their people are fantastic they always go beyond you can posible imagine to make sure you get the service you need.Tyler and his colleagues were amazing ask me about my experience and if I need extra time and they even have me a ride home 🏡. I'm glad I always rent with this company they're the best. 👌

As always the employees at Enterprise in West Springfield, Ma made renting a vehicle, a last minute reservation at that, super easy and for putting me in a very nice upgrade! :)   I always try to rent locally instead of from the nearest airport because the service is always excellent!

Everything was perfect. I picked Enterprise cause they were the only convient ones for my one weekend day rental. Reserving online was easy. The guys who helped me were awesome. The car was perfect for the drive to JFK. And the after hour drop box made it very convenient to return on a saturday evening.
