The salesman Steve m, was great to work with. I told him that was  my  first  time to the dealership,and he put no pressure on me to buy. He would always  text me back the same day. Excellent service.  Started working on the car right away, corrected the issues I needed fixed and diagnosed other problems for symptoms I reported.  Van ran smoothly and gas mileage increased by 3 mpg on 2000 mile trip starting the day after service.

My salesman and the credit staff went above and beyond to get me into my F 150 I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good all around dealership as I previously stated about the salesman and credit department I would also add that the service and parts departments are top notch I would have to say that this dealership is  outstanding.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford in Holyoke, Ma.  The Explorer has always been a nice, high quality vehicle.  This model, however, is out of this world.  The ride, stability, power, safety features, and numerous options make the Explorer one of a kind.  Max Salvador was wonderful to deal with in Sales.  He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with every part of the sale and I was 100% comfortable driving away in my new Explorer.  The rest of the Marcotte Family team was outstanding as well.  This was without a doubt a 5 star experience and I highly recommend Marcotte Ford.

Scheduling online is easy.  Wait time was average.  I have had longer but when you schedule your appt. you expect it to be completed in an acceptable amount of time.  Had an oil change, tire rotation and it took a little over 30 minutes.  I liked that I got right in and they were ready to begin at my scheduled time.
