I needed a car for the weekend (as well as a pick up and drop off) they were there to help. Location is easy to find and they are friendly. I was in and out within 15/20 minuets tops. Made reservations online. The car I had rented was in great shape. No issues very clean and very comfortable. Definitely will be renting with them soon.

Great service, great crew, my vehicle was totaled in an accident, my insurance company paid 80% for the rental.  I had an 05 Subaru impreza, they gave my a 2018 Hyundai Tucson.  An excellent car!

Initially my experience at this location was unacceptable, I was "bullied into taking a smaller car than I paid for, then offered a better car for $50 more, which I agreed to take as I have a son who is 6'5'' tall and would not fit in the original car offered. It was also three days before Christmas, I just had too do. I was then overcharged by this location.
Upon arriving back in Chicago I contacted the Waterbury Branch, and spoke to an assistant manager who was very helpful and corrected all issues...Thank you VIctoria...You Rock!!!
