This is a great place to rent a car from. Although a bit pricey on the insurance if you don't have your own, I had a nice experience renting a car from them. I had requested for a compact car but by the time I reached there, they had ran out of all the compact car but the guy who works here was kind enough to upgrade me to an SUV at no extra cost. They even dropped me off at my home after I returned the car. Would definitely rent from them. 10/10.

This location's customer service is horrible. I had to come back 3 times because each time they told me I was missing something. Finally when I came back with my pay stub, insurance card, and debit card they finally tell me that I need $200 MORE than I was initially told. This is after I reserved the car . So because of this I missed my appointments. I would never refer anyone to go here EVER. They are ride and don't know what they are doing.

I don't have the option to give 0 stars. Other wise I would rate 0.
I received an awful treatment at my last reservation.
Poor customer service from the beginning to the end. It's been more than a week that I tried to have them refund me the extra money they made me pay. 
"Manager" assured me that the refund will go through in a day or 2. Still waiting. I am not going to even bother to call him again. 
It seems that new employees need customer service and diversity education/training.
Being a minority I didn't not appreciate how I was treated differently.
I will file a formal complaint to corporate so this don't happen again to someone else. 

I love renting from Enterprise and I do rent several times a year but never again from this location.
