Made reservation online. Next morning called location (SH 249) where reservation made to confirm reservation & arranged pickup with location given for pickup.  Staff indicated just call when you're ready and early pickup is no problem. Staff reported your pickup location and early pickup request as been documented in notes. You're all set!

Great right? Not So!!!!!
Called to Enterprise location (SH249) from repair shop for needed pickup. Location indicates repair shop location is out of their pickup area.  What???  Staff indicated previous worker probably didn't know. Therefore, my reservation is transferred to FM 1960 where pickup can be arranged. Staff states she's busy and need to get back on floor and manager will help. I waited on hold for 25 minutes with no service. Call back to 1960 location and hold again for 15 minutes, then call is disconnected. I make a final call back and was was able to speak with manager. I explained events.  He stated there is no cars available and reservation is not until noon. I should remain at repair shop and they'll call me when they have a car ready!

Enterprise motto/lingo....Need a ride we'll pick you up from home or body shop. We treat our customers how they should be treated. We keep things pretty simple! We serve our customers as if they were our family.

I've rented a couple of times from them and they have great prices and car selections. I can't believe I used to drive to the airport for Dollar or Thrifty when this place is so close by. The staff is polite and friendly too. One time a lady actually stopped eating her sandwich in the back to come help at the counter just because there were 2 people waiting. Really appreciate their thoughtfulness!

I have rented from them 3 times and the customer service was excellent.  The last time I was trading in a car that was disabled from Alamo and they did not have a proper record from them. Kristina Anderson went above and beyond with phone calls and emails to get the problem sorted out!
