Very bad experience. I reserved a convertible on their site a month before coming to L.A., I called 2 days prior to the rental date to make sure they have the vehicule on my arrival. I was a bit late to pick it up so they rent it to someone else. No phone calls, nothing. And no car to offer in return. I rented cars for months to those m*f*, I was a loyal client but now I'm done with Enterprise that's for sure!

Nathan was more than helpful, one of the friendliest agents I've ever dealt with and he was knowledgeable about the city and what I needed. This was one of the better car rental experiences I've had. He helped me get the right vehicle for my vacation and at the right price. I'll be coming back to you guys for sure. Fast, friendly and treated me like family. See you in July!

Nice folks, but not a great location.  They can't seem to figure out how to apply a gift card.  After spending about an hour with them, they promised they'd call me back to follow up, but never did.

I have dealt with this location for several years and I always feel so taken care of and valued as a customer.  The current team is particularly great - customer service at its best!
