Hertz has made it a priority to hire great people who will not only take good care of you, but they will also take an interest in what is in your best interest to rent. The cars are always ready, I would recommend making a reservation in advance so that your concerns are cut down to a minimum. It also helps and getting out of there quickly. In terms of returns, this location has absolutely no problems as far as getting in and out quick highly recommended

I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD. There were many egregious twists within my Hertz rental experience that I would like to inform potential renters about:

- Young Driver's fee ($27 per day) even for a business rental

- Secret "FPO" fee applied without my permission or knowledge. Only okay if you return car with low tank of gas (essentially buying a full tank of gas in advance for convenience)

- Agent told me to return car with full tank of gas

- Return date was during annual LA marathon. Streets were closed and Hertz closed at 1pm (before the marathon ended). It was physically impossible to return the car before end of marathon. I was charged for an extra day (young driver's fee included).

- Was given a discount for the full tank of gas - $40, $10 less than the FPO fee. The reasons for the $10 difference were that the gas tank wasn't completely full. I had filled it up at the closest possible gas station before the return and driven it directly to the rental place (

What ... only 5 Stars?  This is an All-star Team lead by Akomaye their manager.  There is nowhere else to go and there is no equal . . . This I know because I've been a consistent client for over 10 years.  Try to find that consistency anywhere...

CAME TO THIS LOCATION AS A CUSTOMER AFTER AN ACCIDENT, THEY ASSURED  ME THAT I WAS COVERED, AFTER I RETURNED MY CAR THEY STUCK ME WITH A 360 DOLLAR BILL !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! FIGHTING IT NOW WITH 0 SUCCESS.

Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff! Pat on the back for Omar for at short notice getting a bigger vehicle for us from another branch. If you want to avoid the issues other reviewers are facing ask for him and I'm sure you'll be over the moon. Loved the SUV he got us an my wife had to pry me away from the vehicle at drop off.
