My car was in the shop for service and needed a rental car while my car was being fixed. Everything was covered by the other person's insurance information and I thought getting my Enterprise rental car was going to be seamless. Instead I was being up-sold on everything from Sirius XM radio, optional car insurance (that sounds like you need it, but don't), some other service options, even a vehicle upgrade - all for additional costs above the insurance claim - I was not renting a car for fun, but for service of my personal vehicle. I did go with the $1.89 per gallon for gas so I can return the car on empty (nice feature, Enterprise!) My final bill was $9.25 for gas, but I probably would have paid more at a nearby gas station. If you do rent from Enterprise, you drive a lot and will need a couple day rental, and the gas tank is about a quarter tank, go with the fueling option.

Enterprise is slowly changing in the wrong directions some good some not some people may say it's the help some people may say it's the training but what I can say is my experience from the beginning with dealing with Enterprise you knew everything you needed to know about that vehicle before you pulled it out onto the road you knew what your car was equipped with how far would take you what kind of equipment you had in your vehicle how do you know if you picking the right vehicle to get you where you're going are my tires safe you don't know if your tires are safe I have had that changed and took in care of before because no one ever checks their tires to make sure you're running on great tires but yet from what I have seen with the policies you're responsible for anything that goes on with tires that is a natural thing you should never have to be charged back Enterprise should come out and change the tire because it seemed a natural thing that happens with vehicles you should not be charged a price for them coming out to fix a tire because number one we never know if we have the greatest tires and some tires that I have seen look like the same type of tires on my car and lot of people have told me I have great tires but come to find out my tires are not that great of a tire so you tell me should you not revise a lot of your policies with your vehicles when you have issues with them on the road I say you do I'm not writing this to get anyone in trouble but I'm just writing to just State different facts that does really exist within the company but my father Rickey Utsey did not have the greatest experience on our way in but one individual made sure that when we came back we were taking care of after the fact that I explained our experience when we first arrived before we brought the car back and the gentleman was very apologetic and I accept it only because it was not him that handled the situation but yes I do feel Enterprise do need to have in services on people skills and what people expect when we're renting your vehicles tell us and details about the vehicle that we are renting let us know what to expect when we take it out make sure we got good tires that is going to be Dependable lot of people don't expect anything like that but I don't think that the workers at Enterprise do either but sometime you guys have bad tires and then we have to pay for it when you are should be responsible but I enjoy the company Enterprise for what it used to do for me and my family but now I'm not so sure with the way customer services and how things are being set up and should be more understanding with what's going on with what you put as in in a vehicle and let us know what we're driving so we're know what to expect because a lot of us really don't know all the new features in the vehicle and I think a lot of that should be explained to the customers because I'm pretty sure some people do call in to ask what's this or what's that but you all have a blessed day and thank you for making sure our return wasn't as bad as it was picking up the vehicle

I've Been A Customer Of Enterprise Rental For Years , I Previous Rented Cars From The Brookpark Location Was Always Happy With The Way I Was Treated , Walked Into The Rockside Location Recently And Too My Surprise My Agent From The Brookpark Rd Location Is The Manager At Rockside Rd Location , I Got The Same Great Treatment As Before , Jermaine And His Staff Really Did A Good Job , I Will Be Returning To This Location For All My Car Rental Needs , Outstanding Job My Friends !

Customer service was extraordinary. Everything was explained, the car was clean; it was a very pleadant experience. Much nicer even, than other locations.

Rented a Car from them due to a accident I was in. Returned the car and they say I put a crease in the car. I had no accident period in this car.If I had a accident in the car I would of reported to my insurance company or to Enterprise! They have contacted my insurance on this. I feel that it was missed during the walk around. It was very hot that day and sunny.I had a baby with me and the guy was trying to get through with it And in the process he had to take it to be cleaned. The woman there act like mistakes can't happen.. Like the people there don't miss anything on those cars. I feel that it was over looked.The marks and dents that i did see were hard to see cause everything looks like it was made into the car! The car was only driven to the doctors and to the store. It sat in my driveway all the time! They wasn't even trying to hear NOTHING I had to say. I feel that I am paying for something that's not my fault and LOSING MY INSURANCE OVER!!! I a going to be looking into this further. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
