I picked up my Kia accent last Friday and headed toward Rochester NY, very basic, but adequate and economical for the 5 hour drive. However, after about an hour on the highway I was ready to put it into cruise control and low and behold, there was no cruise.

I didn’t know they made cars without cruise in 2017. Fine for many people like my wife and daughters, but not for me! I gotta have cruise or my leg won’t work.

I called Jack at enterprise in Kent  to report this, he asked where I was located, they said they would check Erie, PA and call me back. In minutes they returned my call to tell the address in Erie where I could swap out the Accent for a car with cruise. 

The best part!

Alyssa in Erie asked if I wanted that black mustang parked there. In my best old uncle or Dad voice said something stupid like any car with cruise is fine, I had a mustang once, way back....sold !

It was soooo fun cruising on 90 east through Buffalo on a beautiful fall day, by myself , just cruising.

Without knowing it the enterprise staff made my weekend much more enjoyable . Thanks for the flexibility and great customer service!

the whole experience was a breeze. made reservation. Spoke to Chris who confirmed everything was set and in order. got there, he took care of me and handled things quickly. within a few minutes I was in and out. Go see Chris. He is the BOMB and will hook you up!!!!

I love going to Enterprise. The rates are reasonable to me. I have never had a problem with what I want and if they don't have what I want they give good upgrades and not charge extra. The staff is good. One thing they need to work on is cleaning after each persons uses it.

Top notch sales staff.  Great vehicle selection.   Easy access off freeway.  No hidden charges.
