Both picking me up from the repair shop and delivery back were quick and painless. The drivers were pleasurable and efficient. My rental was available immediately upon arrival. Both check-in and check-out were extremely fast. The car was extremely clean and ready to go. I love the use of the computer tablets and paperless transactions. The longest aspect of my experience was the actual transit time between the shop and Enterprise.

Most of the time when you need a rental, things are looking bad for your trip from the midwest to Ma. Alanah made up for all the difficulties of the day by getting me a car that was a delight to drive and showed me how I could use my phone to make-up for not having onstar that I have on my disabled car. Alanah I can see you climbing the latter to success with your winning personality and your problem solving abilities. I will enterprise in the future because they higher such competent personal.

The car we rented needed maintenance namely oil and the radiator got a little hot during driving. This was a very unsafe situation especially since we were driving through the forests and mountain areas of NH. I have never rented a car that did not have full maintenance before we rented it. Also, the communication about costs was misleading and confusing. We were told the price of $380, then the cost was shared as $410 because of a second driver of $60 a day. Then when we turned it in, it became a check out cost of $390. In addition, when I rented the car in Woburn, I was told there would be no trip charge for returning it at the airport. Then when rented, I was told there was a trip charge of $200. Then when I called the night before it was returned to say we were returning the car the next day to Woburn, I was told we would pay an additional $100 if we returned the car to the airport. Then when the car was returned at great inconvenience to Woburn because we were staying at the Constitution 20 minutes away, in Charleston Boston's ship yard areas, the person in Woburn said we could have returned the car 3 miles away in a town near us 3 miles away. The communication about our options, rights and costs was disorganized and changed with the wind. I was very dissatisfied with this confusing communication as it made for a stressful trip.

Disclaimer: my car rental way paid for by Toyota as I had some unexpected work needed on my car at the Toyota place around the corner. I was picked up from the service center, got in a car in about ten minutes and I was on my way. Car was clean, ran well, no issues picking up or dropping off.
