Professional services with a nice touch of friendliness. Clean enough car, think previous driver had pet, some pet hair on back seat. No allergies, so no problem for me. Slight smell with heat on.  Good experience overall and didn't formally complain because was not an issue. Would do again at this location in a heartbeat.

I rented for one day and followed their pick-up drop-off instructions and topped off the tank like they said. Then was charged nearly 3 times the agreed amount. After politely calling, they said they'd fix it but that I didn't fill the tank to the top. I was thinking fine, it's not worth the hassle although I did. 2 weeks, another call and excuse later, still no correction. Then, after walking in with credit statement in hand, my bill was finally fixed (not on the spot, still given the wait another week). In the end no harm, but what hassle. May not be systemic, one staff seemed always nice, but I'll never do business there again.
