I rented a car from the most rude owner of Avis.  completely unaccommodating and wouldn't even drop me back off at station.   I am a presidents club member.  I asked him if it meant anything.  He said no.  Nothing.  Has no clue of customer service and Avis should strip him of his agency.   I am so mad.  Never again.

Very rude staff and will not work with you like Enterprise does. Stay away.

This place needs a complete overhaul regarding employee training.  For a customer-centric company, I am  blown away by the lack of courtesy and respect demonstrated by the employees.  Furthermore, none of the employees speak English, which makes business dealings extremely challenging.  Then, there is the challenge of business knowledge.  It appears as though no one knows how to perform their daily job duties and when I called and emailed the "manager" he was not helpful at all.  Don't give this place your time or your business.

This Avis location has very professional customer service representatives. They are very helpful. They attempt to find ways to make the rental as cost effective as possible. They are very knowledgeable. 

Recently, as a Preferred customer, I arrived at the counter finding a line of individuals waiting while one customer was seeking satisfaction for a problem. The customer service representative simply recognized me, handed me the keys, and as a preferred customer, I was out the door.
