Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff -- we received a free upgrade to a Nissan Rogue (which was an amazing amount of fun to drive!) and they even gave me a ride up to the dealership to pick up my car when the auto work was completed. Five stars, all the way guys!

Renting the car was easy and the staff was very nice.  I did feel somewhat pressured to buy their insurance, and wish I'd foregone it.   My only real issue was that I ordered a full size car. I did so purposely because I am a bigger person and like the space.  However, I was given an Impala, which is a mid-size car and it was uncomfortable.  I called and asked if I could exchange the Impala for a full size car and after a very long time on hold, was finally told that I could have an SUV for $42 dollars extra a day.  Not likely!

Note to staff: When someone orders a full size car, don't give them a sporty mid-size car and call it an "free upgrade".   I absolutely hated the Impala.  

I was also surprised that when I called to ask for the name of a cab company to get me there to pick up my car, they didn't offer to pick me up.  Isn't that what you advertise?

However, I do want to add that I rented from them a year ago and had no problems whatsoever.  They also very kindly drove me to the train station.  That rental experience was A+.

The customer service has always been friendly. They work to make sure get the car you asked for or will try to get something better if possible.
