The Corolla ran well (better than other cars of similar class that I rented in the past).  Tires were all season but well enough to handle the northeastern that hit while I was traveling.  The snow brush/scraper was a good add too.  Service was great.

I would recommend Enterprise Car Rental at the Burlington, VT airport. The folks at the counter were friendly and efficient and generally had a "can do" attitude.  I extended my rental for a day because my flight was cancelled and this was easy to do. Price was very competitive - almost half of the prices of their competitors.

While my experience with Enterprise is generally good, I asked for a full size SUV and was told I would get a car similar to an Expedition.  On arrival I was offered an Armada which holds 7 small passengers and has room for maybe 2 bags for all those people. 

When I expressed my frustration, Enterprise took a long time to address the issue, told me these cars that are not at all similar are in the same car class and while I waited another rental company offered me and delivered a brand new Suburban for the same price. 

As I said my experience has generally been very good but in this case Enterprise did not deliver what they had promised.

I have rented from Enterprise many times in other locations and have always been pleased with my service. As expected I received excellent service the Burlington airport location too. Thank you!!
