On 07/10/17, at 3:30pm, my Ford Escape broke down on I-5 in Seattle as I was traveling back home from Anacortes to Portland. When the tow truck driver arrived, he only had enough room in his truck to transport one passenger, and I was traveling with my wife. We called Enterprise to reserve a car so we could continue our drive to Portland, and the representative asked if we needed to be picked up. Steve actually came and picked us up on the side of I-5 during rush hour traffic and took us to pick up the car! He was quick to pick us up knowing we were waiting in the emergency lane of the freeway and was very polite and professional. When we arrived at the counter, the young lady who assisted us was also attentive and professional. Their great customer service helped alleviate an otherwise stressful situation. We can't thank you enough!

Great service. In and out in 15 minutes. Good selection of cars, though a bit expensive. Plus point is they are open on Sunday and have an option to return car off hours. Very convenient!

My wife and I were both very impressed with our recent experience with the Enterprise rental agency at 21101 Hwy. 99, Lynnwood, WA.  We made our reservation online without any difficulty.  We were picked up by Dustin.  He was one of the most polite and professional young men we have dealt with in recent years.  Dustin carefully explained everything to us, went carefully over the car, and addressed all of our questions in a clear and precise manner.  When we returned the car we were assisted my another young man who was also very professional and polite.  Both of these young men had good social skills and related very well with us as customers.  I will recommend this Enterprise agency to others and I will also use it again.  Customer service is often lacking in the U.S. and so this was a very refreshing experience! Thank you so much.
