The rental prices are reasonable. My wife and I were picked up from repair shop and taken to Enterprise office by one of the Enterprise employees.The person who drove us to the office was nice, polite& smiling. The office person was into himself!, and not even answered my greeting. Then he made us wait there and ran out to vacuum and wash the only available car(in that size)for us that took a little long. But, I received a nice email from the manager with kind words that made me forget the bad part of our experience.

Cristine (assistant manager) they always treat me really well and I'm very please with they services. I always renting a car from them and they always give me a great deal with a really nice car that I always want. Never disappointed and always satisfied with they services! I'm never go to any other enterprise location, this is definitely my favorite place to go to for renting a car! I'll definitely 100% recommended this place to go to for renting a car!!

If you drive a luxury vehicle ($50k+), do not go to this place. Despite having made a reservation, they will not match your vehicle class. They suggested a c300 (premium, one below luxury) that had wiper issues. How careless and unkind! I just went with a jeep. Surprisingly, a gentleman next to me was going thru the same issue. Despite the situation, an employee tried to push me so hard to purchasing an insurance product thru them.  Not even apologetic when I politely raised the issue.  

I recommend enterprise in mill creek. they're much more professional.
