I rent a car for a 1100 mile trip. Halfway through, an emergency light came on. I had nowhere to stop. I kept going. When I arrived at my destination, they traded out my car, without a second look. Nothing but thumbs up.

Understand that the facility is not at the airport, no matter what the person taking the reservation says. After sorting that out and making arrangements for getting myself to the airport, the rental went smoothly. If you need to drop off the car at the airport location, I suggest you go with a firm that is at the airport.

Every time I've gone in there the staff have been awesome! They have always work with me even when I had to rent a vehicle for 70+ days because I was hit and my vehicle was in the shop. I like that the membership is free and you earn points to redeem on your next rental. Thanks for being super nice every time I visit.

The car I had originally requested wasn't available so I was given a minivan. I wasn't too excited about it so they discounted my rental price and marked my fuel at empty. I guess they did what they could but the minivan wasn't as fuel efficient as I had hoped it would be.
