I have never been more dissatisfied with a company more than I have been with this Enterprise. I rented a vehicle and left my glasses in it on accident. They are my prescription glasses, so they are slightly important. They found my glasses on 10/03 and said they would ship them to me. I called again on 10/23 and they said "we still have them" and haven shipped them yet. They then charged my card twice at fed to ship them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. Shell is the original person I worked with and he should be fired!

Customer service was upper tier. Free upgrade due to reason of rental. No hassle! Put our satisfaction first!

The team at the Coeur d Alene branch are great. I have had excellent service, courtesy, and professionalism offered to me from the very first time I rented from this branch.
