His dedication to customer service and willingness to go above and beyond at the level he demonstrated has earned enterprise a customer for life. I will always recommend enterprise and his service, he will have many referrals from me. I am in both a customer service and sales profession.  I felt as if I was the most important person when I called the branch and when I arrived was even more amazed at how professional Robert was and how helpful his coworker was. I noticed a book in the office titled "driving loyalty" and this was an experience that left me felt driven to loyalty! Thank you for making me feel special and important.

Courteous, fast service Every time I have rented from this location. I am always out of the office and into my freshly serviced, full tank of gas car within 5 minutes. Thanks for being on top of things guys, you rock!!

The Caldwell Enterprise office appears to be consistently understaffed.  Long waiting periods even with reservations.  Also a truck going the opposite direction thru a rock that chipped the windshield on the car.  Absolutely not my fault and out of my control.  Thy still stiffed me for the new windshield.
