I was working and needed to enter the back of their store to do utility work. The staff were very courteous and did not mind helping me out in getting a spot ready for my jobsite. It really does say the staff here does go above and beyond even when they aren't renting out cars!

I rent trucks from their great selection. It's the go to truck rental in Newton/ Surrey. John and his staff are top notch, quick, efficient and Very personable.

Herman, was very helpful. i was happy to receive courtesy call from one of their associate to check how the things are going with the car the one i rented. and when i went to return my car they were very pleased to see me. my overall experience was very good with the staff of Surrey Newton location.
