After our water heater failed and dumped over 50 gallons of water all over our basement, they came the same day and took care of us. They came back the next day to install a new water heater and the guys were very nice and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

Watch your final bill when you get it.  I was over charges by $20. It was called a finance charge for being late.  I was only sent one bill and paid it 3 days later.  Called to complain after I noticed it but John, who was extremely rude said no can do. Will never do business with them again. I'll go to Hollister Co. I will always give a bad review to anyone who asks. So much for being a religious company.  That being said, Travis, the other worked-owner was a real nice guy. I even gave him $20 for his girl's basketball team pizza party.

Asked for a estimate, gentleman came looked house over,  said I'll get back to you with two options.  That was seven weeks ago.  Guess he doesn't need business.

John was here to help take care of a well issue. He and another employee were here less than an hour. We were told by John that our bill wouldn’t be close to $900 and they would bill us. We received a bill for over $800 with a $500 dollar labor charge. When I called and spoke with Travis his reason for the high labor charge was they had to “prepare” the tuck and we were charged labor the minute they started loading their truck to come to our home which is a 15 min drive. Travis was rude and stated he doesn’t care about reviews and he has plenty of other customers . I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone or any job due to their outrageous labor charge. Travis is extremely rude and doesn’t need any more customers according to him so I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Great service throughout a terrible experience of broken pipe over Christmas. Secretary was calming and reassuring in a rough moment! Dakota and Clyde are very helpful and friendly guys. Honest and straight forward. Fast and knowledgeable service w no hassle! Will use anytime we have plumbing needs in the future

Travis from EPH is a joke. He took our deposit and refused to give it back after he completely screwed everything up and we waited over 2 weeks without a shower. He’s a liar and thief. Don’t go through them. what he did was very low he doesn’t care about his customers, he only cares about money.  I will never call them for anything ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The service was great!  We had a clog backing up into our basement. So they came out quickly to fix our problem.  The service and staff were 100% professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

A couple of years ago my main sewage pipe collapsed in the yard. It was a nightmare every step of the way until I called EPH. After two other local companies failed to get the job done, EPH saved the day and was able to replace my sewer line.

I love this company. I was in a mess with a rental house that I have and plumbing repairs. I have tried  many plumbing services , but EPH was the most honest, affordable and fastest. I love everything about them. Jana in the office is great. I can't thank them enough.

$1200+ for 2.5 hours of service without solving any of the problems. Were dishonest and un-transparent about their service and prices. I would not recommend to anyone.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesPlumbing leak detection
