Good afternoon all, I'm giving Epic Primary care a five star rating. The staff is exceptional and they treat you like you’re part of their family. I really don't like going to the doctor but when I go to Epic Primary care I don't have anything to worry about and it takes my fear of the doctor away. Everyone there is so friendly and concerned about your health. Epic primary care is a great place.

Love this place! VERY professional and friendly!  This is the family doctors for my whole family now.  They have extended and Saturday hours, and they get you in as fast as they can, with walk-in or appointment. If you have an appointment you generally do not wait that long. They have lots of doctors and all of the doctors are pretty smart if the PA doesn't have an answer they'll call in another doctor. There's a real sense of cooperation between the medical staff the nursing staff, and the doctors all work together really well. Plus this place has chest x-rays, blood work, and lots of other tests including Physical Therapy that can all be done right there. One-Stop shopping for your family doctor!

In addition to the fact that you may see a different doctor every single time you go, they are personal service is horrible. I called four separate times in order to talk to someone about my blood work results and no one ever got back to me. They treat their patients as customers and not people

All of the Doctors and staff are outstanding and the level of care and knowledge is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 9 years and I love it.  The doctors listen and take care of you. It’s a 10

The first visit I had here I arrived on time, waited an hour to be seen (even though I had an appointment). The care was attentive and the doctor seemed well qualified once I was finally seen. On my second visit I came only to pick up a device for a sleep study. I waited an hour to be seen (even though I had an appointment). When I was finally seen, it turns out the they don’t have a working device for the sleep study. I waited for absolutely nothing and made a trip here for nothing. Wait at your own risk. 3 different people had to reschedule their appointments due to the wait. I witnessed this while waiting as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They also charge you for treatment you did NOT consent to receive and bill you for it after the fact. In the process of having an investigation opened into their medical billing practices
