The receptionist is sweet as pie friendly. The medical assistant or nurse, not so much. The doctor was awesome. Don't expect any appointment to be on time or fast though. I wasn't even taken to the exam room until an hour later than my scheduled appointment time. In total I spent 2.5 hours here.

I always go here and end up waiting a good 45 minutes just for a refill, even if I call ahead. Be prepared to be hung up on by receptionists with an attitude when you call to ask a question! Alicia is very good at that!

Today I went in for an appointment I made online for something else. Although what I needed would take more time and it was close to closing time, the receptionist was bright, smiling, kind, and attentive to everyone. The nurse took me to my room, explained everything to me professionally and even though I explained to her that I was not here for what I originally made an appointment for, she took care of it professionally and made my concerns just that much better. The doctor was very understanding and (I'm sorry this is so long) but honestly she doesn't understand how much better she made me feel emotionally about my doctors visit. Even though I was inconvenience to them they demonstrated excellent customer service and they made me feel like they genuinely cared. Ok I'm done. Lol 💕

Exam was quick and painless. Don’t expect them to remember what you need though. Remind them several times if you are there for an exam and also want a script for birth control. Told the receptionist at check in that I needed it written which it was not. Despite my telling them that I have anxiety about going to the doctor they refused to have a script written after my exam and told me I had to reschedule for a consultation. Probably going to use another location from now on. I don’t care how much further away it is this was really upsetting to me.

I have been coming here for a couple of years, and am a staunch advocate of PP, but this particular office has really gone downhill. Every time I had gone in, I was told I could pick up my prescription at "any time". I drove 2 hours round trip on my 1 day off in September just to be told I couldn't pick up my medicine til after mid-October. Drove back in October got home to find that I had been given a different medicine than what I was prescribed. I have actually been in the hospital before due to side effects of changing a medicine too quickly, it's not something to mess with. I'm honestly shocked that this happened, and that the receptionist barely said two words to me, or any other patient in the office the last few times. Better communication between doctors and/or receptionists and the patients would be extremely beneficial, as well as making sure patients get their correct medicine. I'm definitely going to be finding a new place to go.
