We've been frustrated for years by the poor service from, what we thought, was the only cat service provider in western washington. I was fortunate enough to find Equipment Experts. Arielle and Stacy have been wonderful to work with - they've made everything easy and understandable even with my limited understanding. Their service tech came to our site and completed all work and inspections professionally. Their recommendations for future work have been informative and reasonable. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing equipment service. They are the experts!

I was in a real jam. We were out of state and our truck was down. Stacey, Greg and their crew not only helped get our truck back up, but they also found our driver a place to stay and brought him there. They repaired our truck faster than we expected and even charged us less than our estimate. They are very honorable people! I wish we were in their area more so we could have our regular maintenance performed there. Thank You!

Sometimes its not how you start out but its how you finish. Stacy made a BAD experience a very Good Experience! We had a "hydraulic hose blow" on our forklift and I decided to give the Equipment Experts a call. After about 2 hrs the technician told me our forklift did not run because it was not getting power to the starter, and our cold start system was not working, and our battery tested good. He said he bypassed this and that sprayed brake cleaner and a couple other things and was unable to get it started. I was shocked because we have been using it up until the hose blew a couple days prior. I told him it runs fine and he insisted it did not. Fed up with him I asked what about the hydraulic leak???? He replies I could not diagnose it until it runs and he needed to bring it to his shop put it on a hoist to look at it. I wanted to get rid of this guy so I asked how much I owed him. He called his office and came back with $340 or $380 I can't remember which. I THEN ASKED HIM IF HE PUT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON BEFORE HE TRIED TO START IT. This is the only way it will start! It was like a deer in the headlights. He went on to argue with me that you don't have to apply the emergency brake to start it. I asked him what he thinks it will cost to get us back up and running and he ran though the items and gave me a ball park of 3-5 thousand dollars. I was done. I decided to call the office the next day and spoke with Stacy and shared my frustrating experience. I would want to know if my customers had a bad experience like this. Stacy was extremely professional and apologized for my bad experience and thanked me for the feedback and that is not how they want there company represented! She said I would not be charged for the original service call and She sent out a new technician within a hour at no cost! It was a night and day difference with the new Technician Jason. It took him less then 2 hours to tear the machine down and find the leaking hose. He had to get a hose made and came back the next day and installed the hose. We are up and running and happy. I received a call from Stacy today and said we are only being charged for the hose! My final bill was $93.00. She made a bad experience good! I will defiantly call them for any future repairs! I highly recommend Jason for any work.
