Brayden Gardner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did wonderful advertising and knows the real estate market in our area, its trends, and the nuances of what is required to successfully sell a house. His recommendations and guidance were right on the mark; from prepping the house, to setting the listing price, to contractor recommendations, to evaluating and accepting offers, to removing contingencies in closing the sale. Brayden’s marketing materials (house web site, professional photos, write-up of the house and neighborhood, etc) were professional and first rate. We were always in contact and I always knew what was going on. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.

We used Brayden Gardner to help find us a new home.  He listened to the things we wanted in a home and narrowed the search down to not only what fit in the price range we wanted, but also what might fit our personalities and family.  He was very patient and always willing to answer my million questions.  He had a great understanding of the market and after looking at a few houses with us, he had a pretty good idea of whether or not we would like a house so we weren't wasting a lot of time looking at unnecessary houses.  I would highly recommend Brayden to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
