Went in to buy a bike for my mom for her birthday and after spending about 30 minutes picking out a 510 dollar bike and going to check out the owner ask me if I want to keep the kickstand and I said yeah just leave it on there.   He says it cost 15 dollars to keep it,  seems to me that if you have a 510 dollar bike with a kickstand already on it I shouldn't have to pay 15 extra dollars for it.  Lost a long time customer  and a sale today over a kickstand.

Totally great staff and service. They have a TON of bikes in stock, very reasonably priced. They are always happy to look around the shop for spare parts, and often have them! Plus, if you have a quick job - they'll often just fix something right on the spot for me (replace BBs, swap cassette). Great shop!!

Great bike shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have some awesome bikes for sale and stand by their repairs!

Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.  I own several unusual classic bikes and Eric's Cycling Center has performed repairs at a very reasonable cost and on a timely basis.  The Center has a wonderful selection of bikes and equipment.  It's the only place I go for my bicycle related needs.

Purchased my bike about two weeks ago, and now have logged over 400 miles. Derk, Paula, and Eric are very knowledge, and assisted in choosing the right bike for me. Clip-on peddles, and a nice road bike are next on my list.
