One of the best servicing companies I've had in all of East Lansing. MSU BIKE shop did not take me and wouldn't for 20 days at a high price, but Velocipede took me in for under half the price and replaced my bike part in 10 min. Awesome service! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend these folks. Everyone I dealt with were very nice, helpful and patient, not to say others in the city weren't, but Brian went above and beyond the call of duty. I spent many hours in the shop over the course of 2 days trying out 7+ different bikes multiple times until I found the perfect bike. Brian tried so hard to help me find a bike that was right for me, I'm so thankful. Brian and Evan were so helpful with me today I had to leave a review (1st online review ever!!!). I'm relieved to know in the future I can bring my bike to honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable people.

I have bought 2 bikes here and would recommend the shop. Brian was patient and knowledgeable, no pressure, service oriented individual that has you interest at heart.

I brought my bike in for a tune up after about a decade of not using it. The bike was actually finished before the end of the day! (It's February, but still...) I got good advice on a lock, a comfortable seat and a helmet. They were happy to steer me to last year's models to get a better price. They fitted the helmet on me and demonstrated how to adjust it. I watch them install the new saddle and lock fitting and was shown how to adjust and use both. I was delighted with the great service! After peddling around town I decided it was time to get a lady's bike as I am not as spry as I used to be. I went back to this store because I liked the service I received the first time. I got to test drive two bikes. They were most interested in my comfort with the bike and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't want. What a great place to get knowledgeable bike help and outstanding service!

Honest and professional. I had to pay about $75 for several adjustments (brakes, derailleurs), a new tire and a new rear brake cable. The work was done in less than 2h. When I asked for an unnecessary reparation the guy told me that it was better to not do anything. They never tried to sell me something I was not asking for.
