I've honestly had nothing but good experiences here. The entire staff has always been helpful and professional and Dr Hart was the first doctor to actually try and figure out step by step what my problem was rather than just prescribe me a pill. The facility is very clean and new age and they cater to people of low income as well as higher. The one thing I will say is, scheduling can be overly complicated. I understand why they do it the way they do but you can be coming in multiple times just to get relatively simple things done. But otherwise, good.

Their call center is horrible. Anything but helpful. I called them once trying to set up an appointment for my three kids on the same day but they wouldn't let me because they can't set up appointments for more than 2 patients per call. Another time they wouldn't let me set up appointment because their system was down and they couldn't verify my insurance info. So asked me to call back 2 weeks later. I called back 2 weeks later  but they still couldn't verify my info and told me to call 2 weeks later again. I switched to another clinic

I arrived at 11:10am, 20 minutes before my appointment which was at 11:30am, but didn't end up getting called until 12:15pm. I then waited in the room for another 25 minutes. When i finally did get seen (@12:40pm) I could tell that the doctor was just trying to get me out of his way. He spoke at me so fast and said he was just going to prescribe me pain medicine for the pain I was feeling without even checking me. Didn't seem concern with anything, hardly let me speak and cut me off saying I'll prescribe this for the pain and we are done for today and left the room. When i ask him something outside the room ( mind I was standing right next to him ) he didn't even turn to look at me and called for the nurse to answer. Really rude.

Called to get help for someone crying in pain. They promised a nurse will call back asap. Two and a half hours later, still no call. Will switch to a different provider.

Awful I'm surprised the city of Evanston allowed this ratchet facility to exist. That so call doctor Downy suckz! Just close down already.
