Dr sent me home and baby had a UTI, I had to go there with my 1 year old daughter because my regular was closed, after 4 days of fever and hives, but that day nd the day before fever was spiking every 4-3 hrs tooo fast and medicine was every 6hrs for fever, so I went I told her that and she suggested it was a viral infection it would pass I told her but the fever is coming back too fast and with hives also, she said GIVE HER A HIGHER DOSE, You're not giving her ENOUGH....  REALLY!!!! I told her if she could run a test she said no I wouldnt do that I insisted and she just sent me home! With a new prescription and a higher dose, I LEFT I WAS ANGRY I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE ER TOLD THEM WHAT I TOLD HER AND THEY TESTED HER RIGHT AWAY AND SURE ENOUGH MY DAUGHTER HAD A UTI.... I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET, BECAUSE AN UNTREATED UTI CAN CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE BUT BABY IS OKAY NOW after antibiotics....... Mother instincts I will not return

I did not care for the doctors that I had.  I am pregnant for the first time and my first visit with my docotor left me in the dark.  I asked a lot of questions with only getting long periods of silence in return.   The doctor gave me the feeling I was his first OBGYN patient as he seemed nervous about his proceedings.  The only time I felt I was in good hands was when I recieved an ultrasound by a specialist.   The whole visit seened to be all about getting paperwork done, but it makes scence the docotor told me he was going home after seeing me.

I had a horrible experience with this Erie center today. I had blood test for bloodborne pathogens few days ago and they told me we won't call you unless there is something wrong. They called and left a message saying your result came out, call us back. That was at 9 a.m. I called back two times to hear from them they said everyone is busy we can't give you any info at the moment. Finally the third time I called after explaining how me and my family are worried and that it has been 6 hours waiting for an answer they told me your result came out normal!!! If It is  normal just say that in the voice message in the first place why would you make me worry all day thinking of me having a serious disease. That was very unprofessional. What makes it worse is that the nurse who gave me the result she did't appologize and she was rude. I'll never go to any Erie center anymore ever again!!!

This clinic sucks I'm changing my sons PCP. Each time my son is sick they refuse to see him unless he has a high fever. I took him TWICE with a horrible rash and both times they just glanced at him and gave him the SAME ointment that I told them wasn't helping. USELESS!!

They take forever to handle your needs. They dont care if it's a urgent matter, bad service. T
