Great family park, has open grass area and play ground for younger children.  Has an open baseball field that can sometimes be used if not scheduled to be used by Little League teams.  Has public restrooms as well.  This park is used heavily, has large shade trees, but will most often not be available due to large parties that block off parts of the park for planned BBQ's.  If you want use of this shade an public picnic tables you have get there before 6am.

Good Park nice scenery kids can enjoy and have fun the only problem that I see is the people do not clean after themselves when they finish their parties they leave a lot of trash behind that could potentially be dangerous two children and even other animals that are native to the area

Nice local park with mature oaks, well-maintained baseball fields, a great kiddie area and some places to explore. Lots of parking.
