I did lots of research looking for the right garage.  Friends informed me about ESP.  Fast, Courteous, and inexpensive.
He fit me into his very tight schedule of repairs.  I will definitely use him for work on my BMW in the future again.

Andy the owner is a miserable and rude Polish prick. Acts as if he is the only guy in the world that can repair a german car. The place is a dump in the middle of a ghetto neighborhood. Leaves his poor dog out day and night regardless of weather. Overpriced and rude. Fir the same money better off just going to the new car dealership where they have the latest software and bulletins on repairing your car properly !!!

we had a coolant leak repaired on our 2002 Passat.  The coolant leak was fixed and it was a pretty expensive job.  A couple days later the check engine light came on and we are going back for the second time now to try to find the problem.

I would have been better off at a dealership - maybe I would pay a little more (I'm not even sure about that!) but I wouldn't be going back again and losing my car for another day.

These guys are great!  The only problem I could say is that they're a victim of their own success, really busy with customer work and they also do overflow work for foreign car dealers.  That being said, whenever I've had an emergency, they've taken the car right in and turned it around quickly.  Otherwise, when I have an extra car to use, I tell them it's not an emergency and it might take a couple of days or a week... again, because I said "no hurry".  Have done engine swaps, remachine heads, electrical, A/C, brakes, transmission, clutches... incredibly capable and WILL NOT gouge on prices.
