Mike is a great manager! I recently went in for a routine repair, but unfortunately the tech working on my car made an error, which I realized after getting a few miles away from the shop. Took it back, and the same thing happened again. Took it back a third time, obviously a bit frustrated since this was taking a long time. This time, the manager Mike took things into his own hands. Long story short: Even though I was there far longer than I should have been, Mike did exactly what he needed to do in order to make things right and make sure I was happy. He was friendly, courteous, in control, and gave excellent service. He did what he could to make up for my lost time and even gave a credit for my next visit. Mistakes will happen, and the strength of a local business often depends on how well management handles the crisis. Mike passed the test with flying colors. In taking to him, he told me he has been with the company for 15 years, and I can see why Tire Warehouse is keeping him on board. More shops need managers like Mike. Thanks!

Mike and the crew in Laconia provide outstanding service and beat other tire shops prices every time. They are the only shop I'll use for my tire purchases. I've bought a dozen sets of tires there since I moved up from Texas and they always take good care of me. When I send friends and family to Mike they get the same great service.
