Ray and his crew are courteous and professional. They started the work on time and completed the work ahead of schedule which was important in our case being that we are a hotel and we have our own guests that we have to take care of as well. They did an excellent job installing our water heaters and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking care of my hotel and our guests!

Very neat and professional installation when they put in a new gas power vent hot water tank to replace my old electric one.  Came back without delay to fix a little vibration in the vent pipe without giving me the run around.  These guys do great work and stand behind it.

Needed my hot water tank replaced.  Rob was very knowledgeable and courteous, came out in less than a week and did a great job walking me through each step of the way.  The cost was very reasonable as well.  I highly recommend Ray Esser & Sons Plumbing and will come back for any future services.

On 10/4 , Travis from Esser Plumbing came and installed a new kitchen faucet for me. He was on time and polite. Travis handled the job with ease, even with a stubborn nut that didn't want to cooperate. The cost was very reasonable and done by a licensed plumber...(who knew what he was doing) unlike a jack of all, but a master none would...
I would very much recommend Esser Plumbing,  (and especially Travis)
for any and all your plumbing needs

On 10/11 Travis came back to rebuild my 3 outside water faucets.
Once again he was pleasant and professional and the price was the lowest that I found. He was done in no time , and was willing to come back on his own time to put the correct style washer in one of the spigots. Nice guy who works for a professional outfit.
Highly recommended

We have used Ray Esser & Sons several times since we bought our home four years ago.  They usually send Rob, who is friendly and professional.  Let's face it - when you have to call the plumber, you are usually not a happy camper, because something isn't working right. And, it costs money to have that something fixed.  But if you want it done right, and at a reasonable rate, you can trust them to get the job done.
