minutes on hold with nobody answering the phone at the Chicago terminal before I had to hang up.  Missed pickup for booking a full day before.  Although I was able to get through to someone in their corporate office, even she had a lot of difficulty reaching this terminal.  They lost the pickup request.  Terrible, terrible service.  It's been years since our last Estes shipment - may be a few years more until our next.  Terrible.
