Our experience could not have been better.  The personnel were very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient.  The facility very clean and just as expected.  Everything  was explained to us, and all our questions answered.  They have made very easy to visit our stored items, and the facility seemed very secure.

Staff personnel were congenial and very helpful in their explanation of the details of the operation.  The facility was exceptionally neat, very clean, and well organized.  Security is excellent.   Being able to unload or load at the front door within a totally enclosed garage like enclosure is a big plus to avoid wind, heat, rain, cold & snow.  There is a range of inside climate control for more temperature sensitive items.  An  elevator at the front entrance has huge space and special features for discretionary opening and closing of the door.  Push carts for light and/or very heavy and bigger loads are also available at the entrance.  Excellent hours of operation even on the week ends.  A class operation.

I wouldn't want to pass on this opportunity to share how great Sabrina's customer service was. She asked if both my sister and I could take a review. Move in day was great! Today I stopped into the office to speak to Sabrina but the other manager Sakiya greeted me and was also very kind and reminded me about this online review. Safe guard is highly recommended.

Sabrina & Sakiya always make you feel welcomed.  They have great customer service & the place is VERY clean.  I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Excellent Service and Staff. Clean, Bright and well organized for selling moving supplies and storage rental. Sakiya  and Sabrina are outstanding and very professional!
