This is the 3rs time this specific post office lost my mail. First few time was money but now my birth certificate. How does that happen after paying the extra fee for express shipping? I will now be boycotting The United States Post Office due to their unreliability and not taking responsibility for my lost mail any of the 3 times this has happen. They just told me they don't know where my mail went like it just vanished in thin air. Very very disappointed! How many strikes should they get before they take responsibility?
