It was a fun ride to the top of a mountain. There's a gift shop and a restaurant at the top along with hiking trails and the most magnificent View of Estes Park that you will find in that area.

Really great historic ride up the mountain. Built in the 1950s and solid as a rock. We'll maintained equipment, grounds, coffee shop and gift shop. Breathtaking views, friendly staff. Overall great experience for adults and children.

You can see for miles and miles up there. If you are a birder you just might find a couple of very noisey Clark's s Nutcrackers up there.

Great views of surrounding mountains and Estes Park. You can get some great photos at the top. There is a small gift shop and snack bar/ coffee shop. The coffees are really good. You can also buy peanuts and feed all the chipmunks. Some will even take them from your hand.

This was well worth it.  The views were so pretty and it was fun going up and down the mountain.  My son is very scared of heights and he really loved it too.  There is a little restaurant and gift shop at the top.  You can buy peanuts for all the little critters up there.  It is a little cooler up there and it started sprinkling while we were waiting to head back down.  It can get a little chilly, so a little jacket isn't a bad idea.  You can feel the elevation change up there too.  It was so beautiful. I will defintely do it again.
