We decided to take the Winter Wonderland tour with Captain Don Adventure and WOW. This was probably the best thing we did while in Estes Park. It is about a 3-3 1\2 hour tour through the RMNP. The tour was so informative and fun. Don was able to answer any questions we had and he also taught us so much about the park. We not only saw amazing sights from the customized Jeep but we also made several stops to do a little bit of hiking to see a waterfall, get pictures from an amazing view, and hike around a lake. At one point in the tour Don set out Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and snacks before we headed back to the office. When researching these tours, they might seem to be a little pricey, but for everything they provide and teach and the sites you get to see it is absolutely worth it.

We rode with Wildside 4x4 tours. It was a very cool trip and well worth the money. Very scenic, lots of fun and you get to learn a little something.

Wife and I signed up for the rock n roller tour. Our tour guide was Max and was an absolute blast to spend the day with. The trail is bumpy and fast so be ready. It was a pleasant surprise to see all nature's work and enjoy the fact that Max shared. Next time we sign up I'll have a GoPro to record the entire tour to share with the family. Don't pass on this, in fact why are you reading this you should be on this tour now.

I've been to the Estes Park/RMNP several times in my life but have never taken one of these tours, but next time I'm in the area it will be at the top of my list. Dan was our guide. He is both knowledgeable and customer oriented, always checking to make sure we were comfortable (do you want the heat higher or lower, do you want blankets, do you want the windows up or down, and when we stopped he always had umbrellas and ponchos available.) Our safety and enjoyment were his top priorities, and he was constantly customizing the trip to our wishes (would you like to stop here or go on to somewhere else and stop? would you like to go see this or go see that? would you like to take a short hike to a beautiful waterfall from here?) We took the sunset tour, and I had thought that because the weather was very rainy that evening the tour wouldn't be at all interesting - the truth is that couldn't gave been further from the truth....in fact because of the rain park was probably less crowded and more peaceful than it would have been otherwise. The tour was a big success for our group, and one of the highlights was seeing a big bull moose in the middle of a lake.

Wonderful experience! We learned a lot, our guide was a great resource for our groups many questions. He was careful on the road and patient with the stragglers in our group. We had plenty of stops to fill your camera with great photos. The visitors center at the top was great. It was pretty chilly so we were thrilled to get coffee! Overall I would do this tour again! Highly recommend
