Recently, our A/C system malfunctioned. From my initial office call, to the installation of the final piece of A/C equipment, the Estes service team delivered on their promise of quality customer service. The technician that came to our home to make the initial assessment was very knowledgeable. He referred us to his colleague, Billy Dixon for further assessment of our A/C unit. Billy explained what was causing our A/C to malfunction and recommended a new A/ C system. We agreed, due to the age of our old system. The sweltering heat inside of our home made me ill. To cool things down, Billy, on his time off, brought in and installed window A/C units until our new system could be delivered. Marcus and Jonathan were great. They arrived on time and took great care in installing our new Carrier A/C system. Thanks to Billy Dixon, Marcus, Jonathan and the entire Estes Service Team for making this truly a welcoming and stress-free buying experience. Estes...a quality company, with a quality staff, that delivers quality products and outstanding customer service. I will recommend Estes to my family and friends for all of their heating and cooling needs.

Called Estes Residential Services: Service Rep was pleasant and polite. We confirmed services I needed. We looked at schedules and confirmed best available time. Seems very efficient and was be to accommodate a best time for appointment. 8/30: Service technician Mike called me to confirm he was on his way. He arrived on time did an excellent job, was very informative. The installation & clean up was perfectly done. We talked about future services that I would consider for the Estes. Excellent work all the way around!

The plumbers, Preston and Richard, came to my house this morning were extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable of their craft. They walked me through their assessment of my initial plumbing requests and concerns which were immediately resolved and alleviated. Additionally, they shared the ESTES maintenance agreement with me and provided examples so I could fully understand how the maintenance program works. Due to Preston’s and Richard’s professionalism and great customer services, I will be adding the maintenance plan within the coming months and will continue to use them on any future plumbing issues—I really appreciated them.

Working with Estes has been an exceptional experience! During today's visit Lee and Patrick with the Building Performance Department came in and knocked out a job that I thought would take all day in less than 2 hours. Tyler who works with the plumbing department was very honest in a previous visit while simply doing an annual plumbing inspections. His advice not only made me knowledgeable but ensured I was in great hands. Along with plumbing I also use Estes for heating and air maintenance. All of my heating and air techs have showed mastery skill in their profession. You are guaranteed to meet the most professional individuals working with this company. If you ever have an issue they will handle it without a hassle. Thanks Estes!

Estes did a great job solving my complex plumbing problem. Lacey was very professional, helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond helping me. Harry who worked diligently finding a tough leak was professional and obviously extremely knowledgeable. Where a plumber from Superior gave up, Harry stayed with the problem until it was fixed. As a result of these two customer focused employees, I took an Estes service agreement and you are my new go to plumber. Very Best and Thank-you George Aldridge
