This is the worst company for plumbing problems. Don't expect them to show up on time. They give you a 4 hour window, which u can except. It to them 2 days to finally show up. I had one plumber cal and said he'd be there in 30 mins. 2 hours later and still no plumber. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Awesome Service. Wayne was through, efficient, very educational and cleaned up after himself. I was shocked and the low price I paid for the service that was provided. A lot of cool freebies were provided. My technician was WAYNE 1955 Atlanta.

Plumber had no idea what he was doing and not only did he break the snake in my toilet, but he somehow snaked it into my neighbors toilet (I live in a condo) and busted it. He also had to call a colleague to come out and help. Five hours later and he was unable to fix the problem, and somehow he claimed I owed him $400. He also continued to complain about how he had to pay to replace my neighbor's toilet out of his own pocket, almost like he was expecting me to offer to pay for it. My HOA had to send out a different company to finally fix the problem, as well as re-install my neighbor's new toilet that the Roto Rooter plumbed installed incorrectly. I will never be using this service again, and I will fight to be reimbursed for the cost of the service.

Customer Service was professional and courteous. It's the tech who dropped the ball. Received a call from dispatch that morning, but never got a call from the tech. I waited, but never saw the vehicle. Must have missed each other somehow even though I was present on the property. But the tech apparently showed up sometime during the morning (according to a roommate) and looked briefly at the meter anyway. Not a word from Roto-Rooter about this. After I called CS back, the dispatcher stated the tech didn't put down any notes on the service call. Set up another appointment and the tech seemed annoyed that he had to do his job. Never showed for the second appointment. Guess someone at Roto-Rooter didn't want to make money. Too bad.

Do not waste your time. I just moved and have a 5 year old and husband's uniforms I can not wash. I need a simple service, a washer put in the waterline running to my washer. Was told the company would be out monday night. Got a call at 10 p.m. asking if they could still come. I said yea. They never showed or called. Called next day they said someone would be here at 11am. No show no call. Called this morning Wed )they said someone would call me. 2 hours later still no show or . call. Been 3 days being told they were coming and still waiting and have yet to receive a call !! Was hoping gonna be a plumber for the future if needed but 3 days and counting still waiting when the company is 24 hrs is not acceptable ! Even worst when i called and expressed my frustration the cared less !!
