Dr. Kouli is extremely skilled and a very compassionate, caring doctor. I have had several surgeries over my lifetime due to burn injuries and necessary reconstructive procedures. Dr. Kouli absolutely blew me away with how skilled and detailed he was. My procedure should have left a huge defect and scar, but Dr. Kouli was able to achieve perfect results with a very very tiny incision. Throughout the whole process, he put my worries at ease and I knew from the start that I was in good hands. If you're looking for a highly skilled, very attentive and genuinely caring surgeon, look no further. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Kouli and his staff!

The Best doctor! He is so patient and helpful. His secretary is very nice. The Nurse makes sure that you are ready for the surgery or if you need anything before/after surgery.The office in Coronado and Delmare, both are clean and easy to find. I would recommend him to everyone.

What can I even say about Esthetica!? No matter what I say, it can't possibly capture how amazing this place is. The adorable, smiley Katie greets you when you enter. The gorgeous Kim will walk you through everything during your FREE consultation, she can help you with financial concerns, questions about the surgery, and offer that best friend advice you need when making a big decision. Next comes Dr. Kouli, who will immediately put you at ease. He has a great sense of humor, he's approachable, down to earth, honest, and straight forward. He absolutely will give you his artist's perspective, but ultimately he is there for you. He doesn't run his own agenda, as many doctors do. He's advised a different technique for the same surgery for me and each of the friends I've referred, because this isn't a one size fits all. Only a truly talented doctor understand this the way Dr. Kouli does. I had the pleasure of meeting the fabulously knowledgeable, beautiful, and amazing OR nurse, Susan, the day of my surgery. Again, she held my hand and made this really big day feel comfortable, because I knew I was in such competent and caring hands. Last but not least, Tina, the anesthesiologist, is so great and takes the time to really make sure she's meeting your individual needs. She and Susan also ensure that the person picking you up from surgery is fully debriefed and ready to give you the highest quality of care. My surgery went great, and every member of staff was always available to me after. They checked up on me and always made sure everything was perfect. A year later, I know I could still contact them if I had any concerns or needed anything. I'm a research girl-I intended to have consultations at multiple places, but the second I walked into their beautiful La Jolla office, I got a great feel. After I met the team, I knew this was the place. I didn't see any other doctors and I didn't doubt my decision for a second! Let me just say, my instincts were right. My best augmentation is absolutely PERFECT. They look real, natural and exactly like what I asked for. I get compliments from EVERYONE! Even in a sports bra, lol. Dr. Kouli will give you exactly what you want. Don't be afraid of taking that step you've always wanted to take, of improving that little "flaw" that's always bothered you, or just getting the swing back in your step after having kids or (ahhhh!) getting older. It is SO worth it, and I promise that with this team, you will never regret your decision. Do it!! Take the leap, make it happen! It's worth it :-)

I had my surgery done at Esthetica Del Mar location. I am extremely happy with my results, I feel great, happier and more confident. I honestly can say that I got exactly what I wanted, no less than what I expected. Since the beginning of the procedure, up to the follow-up with the doctor afterwards was awesome!!. I have referred many friends. I loved the doctor and the staff, very polite, very professional very friendly just overall outstanding service. Thank you :)

Dr. Kouli has changed my life, I had breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. I chose him because he was very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. He made me feel very comfortable and I am grateful for the end results because I look amazing. I have a new lease on life and I want to thank Dr. Kouli for the new me.
