Have been a patient of Dr. Yassini since I was 14, so about 10 years now Always been incredibly helpful and understanding, even responding to text messages and phone calls to his personal cell late at night when I was having a medical emergency. His quick response time and willingness to meet me at the office before 6AM when I developed appendicitis is the reason they were able to discover the source of the problem and remove my appendix before it burst, which would have been a much more intrusive surgery. I was able to return to college 3 days later. Cannot recommend more highly!

I am Jamie Dent's husband. This is her computer. Yassini refused to see me for a refill of an anti withdrawal medication on Jan 2 as I had to go out of town for one week on Jan. 3 to receive an award in business excellence. He actually suggested that I cancel my flight and come in the following day. Would not phone it to the pharmacy as he'd done in the past. He knew I would become violently ill during my business trip. He didn't care at all. He actually said that if I had joined his medical group. he'd refill it for me and tried to enroll me then. This after a year & a half of my patronage. I fired him.

So thankful for Dr Yassini! He was willing to see us after his office hours. He was professional and punctual!

I have tried all morning to make an appointment with Dr Yassini's office, after calling all morning to do so, following an extremely distressing situation which required medical attention today, post ER visit. Both members of the office staff, including the Office Manager adopted an extremely rude attitude with almost a laugh in their tone of voice when I asked for an appointment. I was told the Dr was now not there and a) I should have called earlier and b) that they didn't know where my messages were going, as she'd been 'sitting by the phone all morning. Perhaps they need to review their Google contact info and also their options on the voicemail, as this is all I followed. Clearly they are not concerned with either driving their practice nor patient welfare. I have never been treated so rudely by the US medical profession. I highly recommend Dr Yassini addresses the issues and attitude with his staff and will be looking for a new Dr who supports my well-being and wants the business! Do not visit this practice unless you want to be belittled and made to feel even sicker!
