He will try to get you in to come in for endless and pointless follow ups. He will also try to send you for blood work every time you go in for one of your pointless follow ups. He will try to sell you outrageously over priced vitamins and by over priced I mean over $100 dollars for some vitamin D and a multivitamin. Tricare(military's insurance) sent me to this guy and he is nothing more than a con man. I even reported him to tricare for all the pointless follow ups he kept trying to get me to come in for. I dropped that guys pretty quickly and if you look around, you won't find a lot of good reveiws for him. Avoid this guy like the plauge.

This man is awful. Gruff, aggressive, condescending and pushy with his treatments. I saw him at an urgent care he works at and left in tears. He was upset I asked what medications he was going to have his staff inject into me. When I was trying to understand my treatment plan he finally said 'you can have the injections or leave' just like that, barely explained what they were and was pissed I asked a question. Horrible doctor.

Dr. Pedrotty is a no-nonsense kind of professional. He guided me through recovering from Lyme Disease (five years now). It is one nasty illness, and out of 19 doctors, and two years trying to get a definitive diagnosis - he did it. Thanks to his entire staff. I am truly grateful. Michael Lamb, Coronado

If you want a doctor with no bed side manners and no empathy, a doctor that will treat you with condescending and arrogant attitude...then Doctor Pedrotty is the perfect match for you! His performances are legendary and there are plenty of reviews on other sites to confirm what he is about...

I have been going to Dr. Pedrotty for 2 years and every time I leave his office I am utterly disappointed. I am relatively healthy and in the healthcare field with direct access to other MDs so I don't really need a PCP. He fills my meds 1x/year. This time I needed a prescription which needed a PA. I made an appointment just for this. He wrote me my prescriptions without assessing me which is fine, but then checked my ears, and without my informed consent "cleaned my impacted cerumen" ( basically cleaned wax in my ears with a tissue) so that he can see in my ear. Later, I received a bill for $270.00; 80$ for a surgery + 190$ doctor visit. I called his office and asked why he would bill me for a "SURGERY" if he simply cleaned my ears. I also said that it would be courteous if he had informed me that this was a BiLLED procedure, which i would have declined since I could do it at home myself. Dr. Pedrotty did not acknowledge this, and told his secretary to tell me that " he does his doctor stuff and does not need my consent, and later bills" she also proceeded to say that " Dr. Pedrotty does not answer or talk to patients about these concerns." He will be hearing from my legal team and will report his unprofessionalism and unethical practices so the medical board. Like others on this review, he also sent me to get 50+ labs done and a few other unnecessary referrals. I will be looking for a new PCP.
