It wasn’t busy in the store so I got red carpet treatment. Everyone was really fun and lovely and patient, unlike my last purchase. Thankfully that saleswoman doesn’t work there anymore

We can always rely on Dawn to steer us in the right direction when it comes to mixing pieces and decorating. She has a wonderful eye, which is really great, because she gives us new ideas that we might not have thought about.

Worst customer service ever and zero communication. I ordered my table and chairs in December. I was told they would be ready for second week of March. Then they told me April 3rd I’d have my order so I took the day off. April 3rd comes, they delivered my table with 5 of the 8 chairs. Never told me 3 chairs were on back order until I called. So I brushed that off. Then they told me they’d have the other chairs in a couple of weeks. I took another day off on May 5 when the rest of the order was supposed to be ready and they showed up with only two chairs. At this point I’m pissed because I now have to take off a 3rd day and lose out on pay because they can’t comminucate that they can’t complete the entire order on a certain date. So now I have to take Tuesday May 22nd off to receive my final chair. I’m a business owner and I’d never get away with this kind of customer service. I asked for a discount or some form of reimbursement and I got nothing. Ethan Allen Customer Serivce is not good. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had Mary has my designer, she was very helpful, and very nice. I would recommend her.

Tried to stuff our living room with too much furniture to increase the sale. Lied about delivery dates to get the sale. Coffee table too large for couch but will live with it because don't want to deal with them anymore. Fabrics available are old and dated. Nothing fresh or new.
