Don't buy anything from Bernie & Phyl's for any sort of commercial setting - they will not warranty it. I bought 4 chairs that started to fall apart almost immediately, and when I called them, they referred me to page #2 of my receipt that says "commercial use/no warranty". Of course, nobody bothered to point that out to me when I was handing them my money. You would think that they would want to take extra care in pointing that out during the purchasing process. That does it for me - no new purchases from Bernie & Phyl's for any commercial or personal use, ever again - period. If they can't point out the fine print that effects your purchase, how can you trust them?

Overall, great experience, however, we bought a platform bed for our daughter and the salesman neglected to tell us that we would need to also buy a bunky board for the bed. We assumed that all of the necessary parts came with the bed. Other than that, we are very happy with B&P's and will continue to shop there in the future!

We special ordered 2 wall recliners in the spring and not even 5 months later they both look like they are 6 - 8 years old with normal wear and use in our living room. Their customer service tells us it is "pilling from our clothing" and that we should have them "professionally cleaned"! What, after not even 5 months. Why didn't the salesperson in Hyannis tell us the fabric we chose would wear so horribly. Two matching recliners that I now want to give to charity, but charity probably would refuse them. After purchasing at least 6 - 8 pieces of furniture from this outfit over the years . . . I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO NEVER GO THERE!!! Their customer service stinks!
