This is a despicable place. Every experience I've had with this place has been horrible. My grandmother was taken here by ambulance, they literally did nothing for her at this hospital, told her she was constipated (bc that's been her problem the past couple times they took her there) & sent her home 2 hours later, without doing any tests, on pain meds. After the pain meds wore off, the pain started back up worse than before. She's taken to Memorial Hermann in the Woodlands & low & behold she has a perforated colon & has to have surgery. I dnt understand what kind of hospital sends a patient home, telling her that her problems were with constipation, when she herself told them that it was not, seeing as shes had the problem before & could tell the difference. Never again. Also, people come here to be helped with medical emergencies, not to be lectured & harassed by rude people for the choices they made in their life. The only job these people have is to help people. Not tell them they made the wrong choices & that's why they ended up there. I've never experienced anything like this at any other hospital. Note: If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

They're always booked, but when you go up there nobody is sitting in the waiting room. I've waited on hold for 20 minutes for them to answer. We got an appt after they answered for 30 minutes after that call, went up there no body waiting. People that answer the phones are rude.

This place is a joke... They receive Hospital Taxes from the home owners and provide less than fair care. Avoid going here if at all possible! Will not deliver a baby even if it is an emergency.
