The out patient clinics, dental, brace shop, cpap and eye glass store were very friendly and helpful. This is the best customer service I have received from the V.A in general.

Mental treatment staff and docs are superb. Brought me out of the problems I had, diagnosed as PTSD and personal problems.

Professionals look you straight in face and lie to you. They make promises but don't follow through with the promises.  You can beg for help but the staff will pass the buck instead.
No nurses at nurses station. Unable to reach family who is there due to no one being able to transfer call. 
Staff do not return phone calls.
They disapprove of Christians and will criticize your beliefs and try to use your beliefs against you for punishment.
